So far I like cutting crucibles for a...
I don't get all these debates about 'tinker' targets. Isn't Sundering titan, Helikite, or Battlesphere enough for you? I found that to be enough. If not, I'd like to know why these things were not...
If you want more lands, I'm sure they should be Darksteel Citadels. I also don't think you should be cutting all three diamonds even if you cut any.
@ Crucible: As I mentioned before, I do admit that Watelock is a good strategy. However, I don't think it's worth more than saving some mulligans, as this deck does mull a lot. I think it should be...
I thought welders were great against anything with blue. They shine in games where disruptions are very common. I agree that 3rd Greaves would be nice, but I can't seem to find the room for it....
I never had trouble casting the Welder with 10 red sources. I'd be more concerned about Artifact count than red mana, as my main concern was that Opal without 2-mana lands tends to be a mull.
So I've been testing the deck(admittedly not a ton) and was unimpressed by the Crucibles.
I understand that they are awesome with wasteland. I did get random early locks here and there, too. But...
24 in 2 weeks. Started playing when stronghold was the newest set. I wish I still had all the Korean cards that I opened back then.
So Vintage community is slightly older than Legacy community?...
I was busy with school for a while, so I did not get to the numbers part yet. But yeah, Buyback effects are stupid. I think we should just ban it.
Also, what is the largest number if you were to...
Props to the awesome combo. I'll get to calculate how many DSs that actually is.
What part of non-infinite did you miss?
A friend of mine has weird goal of discovering the way of generating largest, non-infinite(as in not involving infinite loop) number in magic. Recently he discovered the combination of following...
Props for a great article.
Some archetypes seemed just bit...forced, but otherwise very fun read.
Citanul Flute is great in this type of deck. It's no Survival, but you have to take what you get. Also, Why no Jitte?
Wow, this discussion is getting more heated than it needs to be.
I think the article was generally fine, and I enjoyed reading(if you can call it that) it. However, I have few questions.
1. Is...
Awesome!
Also dancing for GP: Toronto.
Great article, I really appreciate it.
...I am speechless.
Not going to lie, this probably will make me buy more Zendikar.
This. I got this deck banned in multiple playgroups.
Moat effects, and ghostly prison effects(not grass, although you should run grass anyway) are good in the deck, and should be run as 1 of, at...
Gp: Toronto!
Eternal format changes slowly? ONOES! Perhaps you can play other formats.
+1. Being Cheap is secret to winning.
More tourneys, the better.
Given they do not make another design mistake, no single creature should outclass Tarmogoyf in terms of efficiency. It's like StP, it will stay for the years to come.
Other than that, I fail to...
This is not necessary true. Legacy decks are wierd creatures, somtimes it gets stomped by most unexpected cards, as most decks run fairly narrow 'staples' that does little outside Legacy. Take a more...
