Hi all,
I'd like to share with you a variant of Legacy that some of you might find interesting: Classic Legacy.
In a nutshell, it is Legacy of 2010 but with a slightly different banned card...
Adding here my last variation of SPUD-like/pit rack deck.
The main “innovation”, is adding Bane of the living to help in 3 ways:
- more board/horde control: is critical for this deck as you...

Each win con has up and downsides. I choose L. Storm, every sinlge situation said seems corner case to me compared to the abiltiy of going of at instant speed.
If you have it discarded is very...
Unless this has changed with M14, you are not right or I have explain myself not good enough.
What I meant is: you play conflagrate and resolve it (when you play an spell, the last thing happening...
No, this is not the reason, since you can play conflagrate for 1 from hand, and retaining priority play it for the flashback cost making you inmune to grave hate (beside Leyline/rest in peace, and to...
I wouldn't, you have to deal with possible discard and then possible disruption (even pierce/fluster online), and that hand lack protection. Moreover it is not a granted first turn kill, you need 1...
Never forget that best thing about CoV is not its 1 CMC, but that it is a great storm engine on its own (in combination with the mana artefacts).

The latter, but most magic deck lists you can see around follow this priciple.

...period.

Sorry but shattering spree is just too optimistic... You are running very few red sources. And investing petals in using spree is not the best idea. The main match ups where you want spree normally...
Cool, thanks!

Warning Off-Topic:
What's relevant about M14 rules? I' m quite disconnected.
Thanks in advance,
greetings,
Iñaki.-
Thank you!
Regarding Grim Tutor, as has been said before be me and some others. WHile it is not the best card one may want in the deck, is by far the best card in the available Legacy pool...
Brief reporting.
Last saturday I top 2 in a local tournament (LCL, 108 Players) with the following list, basically the same list I played the last time I took it 5 months ago with some sideboard...
Seems nice though according to a regular build, the deck is 21 non-instant/sorcery cards, this means that, in average, approx. 2 out of 3 cards will be good cards to be drawn out of this new sorcery,...
Granted. ;-)
Greetings,
Iñaki.-
-As has been said Cunnign Wish and brain freeze are your friends.
-Try to play the control role. It' s better to play safe and Merchant scroll --> FoW/Flusterstorm trying to maximize the number of...
This is a falacy. While if you REVEAL AND PLAY Grim tutor you are losing 6 life in the process. REvaling GT cost only 3 life, and this means that you can still keep revealing and gain 2-5 cards in...
My main deck plays 4x FoW + 2 Flusterstorm + 1 Pact of Negation
And my sideboard
2x Pact of Negation
1x Flusterstorm
3x Spell Pierce
So my answer is to play these numbers.
I think this is better suited in the Pimp/Brag post in the general board (since this one must be to talk about the deck strategy/doubts/developement). But anyway, your Beta Gobbos look sweet! I use...
This is just because of the redundancy of the deck. Reanimator has many cards that do basically the same so it usually does not need long time cantripping into bussiness before going out.
...
I' m not saying is not a necessary evil, just like Grim Tutor. I' m not cutting it from main deck, and in very strange situations I side it out. Though it is plain the worst card in the whole deck.
...
Worst card in the deck is Ad Nauseam.
Greetings,
Iñaki.-
Thank you Jaco this is precisely what I was looking for! The idea of sulfur elemental is really appealing, just didn't thought about it.
