    Re: [Deck] Deadguy Ale (B/w Confidant)

    What does Deadguy have over The Rock if it doesn't pack cards that can abuse its stabler manabase? Isn't Hymn better for this deck since it complements Vindicate and Wasteland in the LD package?...

    Wow, with the new Sorin, I really feel like revamping Deadguy into Tokenguy. A white base instead of a black base for Spectral Procession would be awesome!

    @Phillipp802

    Solid classic Deadguy list! Here is how I suggest you should improve it:

    Jotun Grunt isn't a very good card by itself and fades away really fast. I suggest you try a couple of...

    Re: [Deck] Deadguy Ale (B/w Confidant)

    So losing 1 StP in favor of 1 Edict fixes that? I wish it was that simple and that I could simply draw an edict when emrakul pops. If the two cards are equally good, play them as a 2/2 split. Going...

    I mean come on... what is that supposed to accomplish?

    On another note, Chrome Mox lost popularity? It seems to me like this lategame deadcard has...

    4 Dark Confidant

    Re: [Deck] Deadguy Ale (B/w Confidant)

    1) It depends on the matchup and how early you can lay them down but most of the time, yes, I don't mind having both in play. The life loss can be outset by Jitte or VNH.
    2) I beat merfolk by...

    Re: [Deck] Deadguy Ale (B/w Confidant)

    I am currently playing the Chrome Mox version and have to say that I really like Phyrexian Obliterator. I find him superior to Crusader in every way. I think Crusader is overrated. He is only ever a...

    Re: [Deck] Deadguy Ale (B/w Confidant)

    I just browsed through this thread for hours and feel like I could have saved a few of those if the thread wasn't so chaotic. I think deadguy only goes one of two ways: Vial Aggro or Chrome Control

    Re: [Deck] Deadguy Ale (B/w Confidant)

    I'm not sure if my B/W deck qualifies as a Deadguy Ale but it uses many similar cards and puts en emphasis on lands destruction and card advantage. I have posted a thread about it on developing...
