    Not really a nonbo...if you're in topdeck mode with MUD, you should have plenty of mana available to Bonfire for a bunch.

    If he wanted non-basics, Darkwater Catacombs is plain better while dodging some hate (islandwalking Merfolk, Sundering Titan). That land by itself manafixes for Sphinx by itself.

    Coalition Relic is another alternative to Thran Dynamo, makes up to 2 mana instead of 3 and makes colored mana, making it good for the red builds.
