Apparently it does have a home in Mystic/Ring decks, hard for MUD to make a comeback with all these Null Rod's

If it has a home anywhere it would be in MUD I guess. I'm not completely sure yet, playing 12-tron or only urza's saga (or factory?!) to bump...
I agree, a lot of colorless threats are not artifacts at the moment. But I guess it will only be a matter of time when wizards decides to print some outrageous artifacts. When that time comes MUD...
So Oko is dead. Anyone going for MUD-comeback?
That would be great, unfortunately that wouldn't work with our new company (no activated ability!)
@silverflame: nice list! Always like the candelabra! Watch out with Vesuva though, it has the...
Dovin, hadn't thought of that. Might be tricky though I agree. Orim's Chant would be a great option against storm indeed, Isochron Scepter could be interesting as it also combines with both Swords to...
The R/W-list was my first thought as well, but I'm not entirely sure it's the right way to go. That list functions mainly around forgemaster, but the key-search cards are banned (platinum/blightsteel...
What do you think about the new Fox.... doesn't work with chalice, but a lot of other MUD cards still work. Challenge for me is, how to disrupt the opponent without using Chalice (or Trinisphere). If...
Useful one-off in Steel Stompy, tested it yesterday, was fun! Nonbo with Chalice ofcourse.
This list really looks like the Golos 12 post lists right? No Metalwork and no Forgemaster..
Isn't the 4th Grim Monolith always better than the 3th Thran Dynamo?
Agree with you on Warping Wail...
*POOF*
Storm is growing in numbers which is good for us, alas the stupid Stifle's prevents me from trying a MUD list again for now. Hopefully they will vanish soon
I've played some in the past (in the sideboard).
It's nice with Ensnaring Bridge and Bottled Cloister. Also works with Ghirapur Orrery.
I agree on the fragile part. Metalworker didn't see much play even before Karn was printed. There's a reason legends MUD turned into Big Eldrazi, going from metalworker build to multiple mana-rocks...
MUD always was weak against Wasteland strategies and there are a lot of them these days.
I don't understand about Cloudpost? What do you mean? Wasteland is a problem both for Cloudpost and...
No, not at the moment. I think Wrenn & Six is the big problem here, with all the Wastelands recurrence.
I'm still trying with a Blood Sun-MUD build at the moment, but not a real contender at the...
Good luck!!
I'm on full set cities and veins now, I want to hit 4 mana as soon as possible
Isn't the second city always better than the first vein btw?
I like the new "welder", combines greatly with...
Good luck with the dive, I'll meet you under water  So far I feel the deck is great. Searching silver bullets from the sideboard is nice!
Why would play a full set of dynamo's? If you're...
Agree on City, I switched over to Stax-topic for the "new" Karn deck.
This is almost similar to my list
I'm not sure if it belongs over here or in the 12-post thread, it's colorless (MUD) without eldrazi but there's no Metalworker indeed.
I'm playing...
Metalworker is not in my build. With Metalworker in, I would definitely put one Staff of Domination in the sideboard!
Hi there,
I tested Karn, the Great Creator in around 25 games with a side/wishboard containing 40 artifacts for testing. I'm not on a typical MUD-build, but control with three Ensnaring Bridge...
My god, that card is strong. Sweeps everything Chalice didn't catch
It's on the rumor mill forum @ salvation. Let's see if it's the real thing
