Unless I'm missing something, its not actually infinite pump-it still costs 2 to grow another creature with Spike.

How is Angel's Grace good against Show and Tell anyway?
I agree, though I don't think it looks like a Magic card.

I hardly play anymore, so I'll abstain on the poll. That having been said, I have to ask something of the anti-banning crow-again I have no agenda here.
Is Brainstorm such a staple of the format,...

Silence of Stone
Enchantment (R)
Artifact abilities cannot be activated.
Illus. Wayne England

Color/card-type shifted Null Rod. I think its clearly better than Rod in Vintage,...
Abeyance on a Grizzly Bear, actually.
I think the WW would be too hard for TES to come up with consistantly, Xantid Swarm/Chant seem like better choices.
The Invitational isn't as telling as the Legacy Open. The Invitational took into account Legacy and Standard performance, while the Open was just Legacy.
I'm sure almost no one knew how to fight that deck though. It is fairly fast and has Misstep-immune combo pieces.
I think there was more than a reasonable amount of hate for Survival decks in the last Starcity tournament:
4x Aven Mindcesor, 3x Extirpate and tons of discard; 4x Spell Snare MD with 3x Spell...
An Enchantress deck won the Starcity Los Angeles Open, and I know its done well in a couple of other events (Deckcheck.net is down, or I could be more specific). Certainly, its had beter results...
You don't actually know what WotC's reasoning behind making this deck was. However, if Finn hadn't invented the deck, it for sure wouldn't be a preconstructed deck, because it wouldn't exist.
If Merfolk and Vengevine Survival are the two most popular decks, I think Enchantress is a reasonable choice. Counter-top decks seem to be in a (slight?) decline.
If people think blue is too powerful, why advovate bannning Force of Will and not Brainstorm? Brainstorm is in every non-merfolk blue deck, and its an important piece in both Storm combo decks and...
I want to go, but I'm missing a few expensive cards that I can't justify buying right now. I might still attend.
Definetly Taiga; you have more green than white spells. The only reason you'll need a red producing dual is for casting Words of War, which makes Plateua a worse Plains most of the time.

I think this is my favorite.
If this is real, I think it might be more of a blow to Extended than Legacy. Extended is actually terrible now, while Legacy is more interesting. Now, if Wizards supports this format and goes back...
You guys realize that the cards will eventually loose value when people stop playing, right? The only reason Tabernacle, etc. is so expensive is because the demand is high. If no one is playing...
You'd think that there would be more green or white enchantments that increase life totals, but Peace of Mind and Sunspring Expedition are the only two that don't completely blow.
It was a good report, except:
Don't give me any of this.
Did you get rid of Chalice? Otherwise, you shouldn't have been able to Brainstorm.
Is there a date limit here? Because Tarmogoyf hasn't always been in the format.
You can definetly put one in an Enchantress SB, it's quite good against control decks. It's also a hilarious near auto-win versus 43 Lands.
Moat if you can afford it, Humility if not. I suppose you could run CoP:Blue, but only if like 2/3 of the decks you play are Merfolk.
The problem with 'Goyf is that while it doesn't really fit any of the criteria for banning (too powerful, universally played, creatively stifling, or torturously unfun) it's close on all of them.
