I have no idea what you're talking about. 4/5 for 2 when you're forced to play the worst color in Magic is not imbalanced. Mono Green is a piece of shit and that has nothing to do with the creatures...

When was black ever the color for removal? It had Terror when white had Swords. White and black have always gotten removal together, but black's removal is restricted to being unable to hit black...
