Carpet was solid. RUG delver cringes because it invalidates their dazes and possible spell pierces although my opponent this weekend was on spell snare.

I can’t figure out how to post pictures from my mobile so here’s the list-
Argothian Enchantress 4
Cloud of Faeries 4
Eternal Witness 2
Gaddock Teeg 1
Knight of Autumn 1
Green Sun’s Zenith 4...
Took down a little 14 player tourney. Knight of autumn was a solid finisher and force of vigor x2 out of the board was super important. Played maindeck Gaddock Teeg which allowed me to beat big red...
I wonder if we’d be interested in some number of prismatic vista over some nonmisty fetches. The debate on it would obviously be grabbing splash g/x dual vs being able to grab basic island.
I agree. Also, colorless mana sources aren’t great for us and getting this plus black and white online is hard.
The easiest comparison here would be for someone to go into the rug delver and start talking about their grixis delver list. Ben has said everything that needs to be said. These are 2 completely...
I agree with Ben. Words of wind and Cloud of Faeries are what make this deck what it is. The Candle deck is completely different and you can tell that there have often been 2 different conversations...
Good to hear from you Ben. I think the Candle deck is completely different from what we’ve played. I don’t think b2b is better than dread of night vs d&t although i could be wrong. I also found this...
You don’t get to doomswake if they have some combo of Thalia, prelate, port, and possibly revoker...
I’ve beat d&t before with giant but you have to get a little lucky.
As far as show and tell...
Played to a top 4 finish yesterday out of 23 people yesterday. Played a pretty stock original list but played 1 of petal main.
U/B shadow W
Sneak and Show W
U/B shadow L
4 color loam draw...
I don’t think it makes the cut. Waiting for a turn for it to do anything is rough in this deck. Sidenote- I top 8’d a 50 person even this weekend with 1 living wish, 1 petal main and got to jam...
I'd cut 1 thoughtseize, library, and 1 invasive surgery and add 2 flusters and 1 leovold. Also if you're struggling against the miracles deck, I've found bringing in surgicals for stp and if you hit...
If you can squeeze a winter orb in the board it helps. Leovold is pretty good if they're on the port version. I find the best plan is counter all their gambles and land an early goyf to clock them....
All valid points. I don't play tnn so it never hurts me but i can't say enough but how good golgari charm x2 has been for me. I literally just played a tezzerator player and wrathed his board one...
Why would you want marsh casualties over golgari charm? Charm is soooo flexible killing all the things mc does but also kills enchantments which is really important. I can understand running...
It's been a while since I took this deck for a spin http://sales.starcitygames.com//deckdatabase/displaydeck.php?DeckID=47837 and have lots of questions to those that are having success.
I see...
TurboNinja that parallax nexus tech is really sweet, but it has me thinking. Couldn't we just cut living wish and play 1-2 nexus maindeck because no deck can really come back from the nexus lock with...
I'd also like to add that I've been impressed by exploration x1 and carpet x1 split. What are everyone's thoughts on exploration? Are 19 lands to fee for others to feel comfortable playing it and...
Cool. I'll have to test it some myself. Have you played this deck much lately Ben? I seen you playing miracles at Columbia a month or so ago. I put it back together the other night and forgot how fun...
What are the Parallax Nexuses for? Also Kitchen finks seems kinda sketchy. I think if you are scared of burn you can play Chill.
Has anyone tried testing living wish anymore?
Oh, yeah I'm well aware of interacting with infect either at the end of their turn or during our main phase. I just think it's going to be a bad match up unless we play super narrow cards like sudden...
I don't like pyroclasm because they are more than likely putting prelate on 2. Probably Kozilek Return, Toxic Deluge, and/or Volcanic fall out would be better.
I played a small 14 person GPT...
Has anyone tried red eidolon in the board for storm hate? Card seems really good against them.
It seems to me that Jund is at a Y in the road and people are picking different paths, which is what makes this deck great. Some people are going down this grim flayer painful truths path. Other...
