    Re: [Deck] BUG "Shardless" Control

I'm pretty sure the same problem was with factories for a decade... ^^ couldn't pump itself while blocking when it came into play on your turn. Factory as a land could do that instantly.

    Re: [Deck] BUG "Shardless" Control

Well I think you can't attack with an 5/5 EE you just dropped in the same turn. Am I wrong? Isn't it still sick?

Re: [Deck] Eva Green - B/g suicide

Yep it also didn't work as well, I always wished it was another creature instead.
I even tried Reanimate as "undercoated beater".
They both look good on paper but are imo too narrow and situational.

Re: [Deck] Eva Green - B/g suicide

Actually I think that Flesh Reaver didn't see any play in the last 5 years, it is even older...
With Death's Shadow you have a good chance to race the opp, and flesh reaver speeds this point...

Re: [Deck] Eva Green - B/g suicide

After some games with bloodghasts I'm not convinced yet. They are strong with therapies, they are strong with grisly salvage, but on their own they are terrible for BB.
In memory of the good old red...

Re: [Deck] Eva Green - B/g suicide

DS is overwhelming against every aggro deck that is trying to race you. It turns the game to your favor for B.
If it sticks and the chance is very high due to your disruption package the combat...

Re: [Deck] Eva Green - B/g suicide

I followed the conversation for the last days including the debate about death's shadow and I also see potential in that card.
Jtos list is very solid but when I just saw the idea with bloodghast...

    Re: [Deck] BUG "Shardless" Control

You can start with deed. It's in most cases one turn too slow and now when you run shaman, you have to hit 3+ cards to make CA.
While Lili being very strong against a lot of decks you aren't happy...

    Re: [Deck] Affinity

After turn 1 you have 2 power on board at 16 life with 3 cards left in your hand. This is everything but pressure.
If thoughtcast gets countered you'll have a hard time. But this is the problem of...

    Re: [Deck] Affinity

If you change frogmite in that hand I wouldn't keep it with skirges either.
I like the deck due to the CA and therefore being able to go for longer than 4 turns.
I played a lot of variants of...

I took BUG Cascade to a 50 man tournament and went 4-2 beating Merfolk, TES, Mono B, UW Miracle (all 2-0) while loosing to RUG Delver (1-2, final match with mulligan 5 and one island) and Goblins...

This is correct but was not my suggestion. Cc1 removal is replaced by snuff out atm which is 100% faster than demise. Also strix is 30% faster than scm and agent takes profit from it while being 25%...
