Well MKM is emptying. If stores will start to buy them even for $5 that's at least 600% profit of each one you buy now. Sounds good to me if you buy like 50 of them :-D

I doubt so. Let's say they reprint Wasteland in m15 as a mythic (not very probable they would print it as a rare, see Tarmogoyf). It would become modern legal and the price would spike overnight...

Just a hype because some maverick decks pack it as an alternative wincon now with Thespian Stage and also Lands won the last SCG. I think it will fall back to 30-40 eventually.
