    Re: Beating everything

Always build to the matchups that matter.

People love cute little one off that have a chance to be amazing in specific situations/matchups but it is not worth displaying your win percentages to...

    Re: [Primer] R/G Lands

And I think regular lands has 2 builds that could both be competitive as Saga and non Saga lists are currently playable.

Re: [Deck] Deadguy Ale (B/w Confidant)

I think sentinel might also be worth a 4 of as when equipped it makes the tax much more likely to go through.

Like you said, too many good cards in one set

Re: [Deck] Eva Green - B/g suicide

Grief, Voidwalker and Ignoble could potentially make this deck playable again,

Either BG or BW should finally have about to at least be playable.

Re: GB Vengevine [Hogaak Placeholder Thread]

Cool interaction in the BUG versions is that it is another use for Bridges stuck in hand; I know not a crazy big deal but without Careful Study or self Therapy we have no way to utilize Bridges that...

Re: [Deck] Eva Green - B/g suicide

    That’s kinda cute.

Sac to draw 2, unearth for a 5/5. Would work with Cabal therapy too.

Does seem like it could durdly pretty hard though

Card looks fun, UUGG might be hard on the old manabase though.

    Re: How to save Legacy

To jump in, wizards has also done a decent job of printing cards where you don’t need to play duals.

The list of actually good decks without duals is as high as it’s ever been.

    Goblins and DnT...

    Re: [Primer] Maverick 2.0 - GW/x

Maverick seems to be in a really good spot right now, terminus count is very low in most rooms and we get to play Oko to further help in fair matchups.

    Re: [Deck] Zombardment

I just started playing the deck, normally a lands/DnT player, deck seems extremely fun.

I went 3-1 tonight at FNM playing the whitefaces list, lost to Depths in 3 but beat Sneak and Show, Storm...

    Re: [Primer] R/G Lands

The white version is easy enough, just play Karakas and a sheltered grove along with your horizon canopy and hall. He best cards are molten vortex main and drop of honey side.

    The Oko builds...

    Re: [Deck] Zombardment

I don’t think beating Depths is a real possibility, most everything else seems possible though. I have been priming the deck for a tourney at the end of the month, the meta is always pretty toxic so...

    Re: [Primer] R/G Lands

Field of the Dead absolutely would have wrecked back in the day, imagine pre-marit lage lands with field. I currently find myself winning with field 30-40% of the time. Even against combo decks,...

    Re: [Primer] R/G Lands

I was super wrong and can easily admit that. Sevinne's Reclamation is also good, but unneeded imo.

Also, that post is taken out of context! You asked about BUG control, and I said 7 was too much....

    Re: [Primer] R/G Lands

    Hi!

I am on the discord server but hate the format and how discussions progress, would much rather stay on the Source.

    Some answers!

Straight RG is still the de facto best list, streamlined...

    Re: [Primer] R/G Lands

Massive amount of Delver in the meta forcing out tons of combo and Field of the Dead making control matchups into actual byes.

Re: [Deck] Team America (Midrange/Control Thread)

It cantrips and fixes your mana for the rest of the game. Going BB into Leovold off of a Wasteland is pretty good. Also lessens the effect of Wasteland and port and fetching for basics means you have...

Re: [Deck] Team America (Midrange/Control Thread)

So I have been thinking about the Snow Pile decks and their recent development around Wren and card that kind of seems more important to me is the Astrolabe and not the Wren(Wren is an absurd card)....

All these options, slow the deck down. Simian Spirit Guide is a 2/2 beater that speeds the deck up. The plan is almost an "aggro hatebears" approach, with Magus and Beserker providing different...
