Not true, sadly. Possibly the scrubs are doing that. Most players in japan, from my understanding, prefer japanese over english.

since it's hard to see, pyro, xantid, rector, top, fleshbag, and surgical are german foil. I did have a german foil e.call, but someone offered me a stupid number so...
