They look pretty much like recent set foils, if you want to get foil hymns get those instead of FTV.
Getting closer and closer to completing Delver, just a couple more fetchlands...

I can buy you some on MKM if you send me those Japanese Portal 1 Pyroclasms you have so many of ;)
All Japanese and no foils is my favorite look, might be a bit of a dick move seeing the amount of fairly obscure cards (even for EDH) but I guess people will just have to learn.
The Staples signing is happening in ~2-3 weeks. Check "Givememana's Signed Magic the Gathering cards" on FB for details.
Let me be the first one to congratulate you one making the correct choice. WB Korean 5th FTW.

Oh my! I sure hope you didn't base your retirement plan on a binder of Richard Thomas signatures or is the "sour taste" anything more than your lost $?
Also, I don't think I've posted this yet, my...
Finally got my hands on some rather rare signatures.

Thanks to Saito's seriously undergraded cards I got to finish some playsets for next to nothing.

Behold the next big thing in pimping...
A 1994 deck with 1997 lands? Come on!
T-Chi would be cheaper than Korean but S-Chi (which has expansion symbol that all other languages in 5th lack) is actually harder to find than Korean.
Edit: There used to be a bunch Korean BS on...
Classic 6th Edition. Adding insult to injury since 1999.

Is it me or are these pictures ginormous?
(Strangely they show up OK in preview when writing this post O.o What's up with that?)
Foglios only sign cards in person. The next appearance in their calendar is Emerald City Comic-Con on Mar 27-29.
Two playsets of Legacy playables and one of "playables"

A playset that will take me longer to complete than getting Japanses signed...
The most I got by buying duals from idiots was FWB :/ Still better than revised.
I know what languages they are, just needed to whine a bit and decided to post photos to stay on-topic.
Pretty sure the top row is all simplified....
Oh look, 6 Simplified Chinese Burning Wishes! I know that thay're all the same because some morons on MKM claim so! (these come from 4 sellers, hopefully no one is stupid enough to list these...
You're right, we should all strive to waste as much space as possible with minimal input!
They are either 4th Ed or 2 player starter (they look exactly the same). 5th edition had DIFFERENT ART... Also, Japanese 4th Ed was available in both WB and BB, the former being rarer due to people...
Does random filler look better or worse in Japanese?

The dredge deck I'll never actually play is coming together nicely, I have no idea...
There's also Korean 5th ed. which is MUCH rarer. If you hate WB (why!?) Ice Age is your only option with German being supposedly marginally pimper than English
