Eh, I can see it as a 1-of in a Sneak Attack/ Dragon Stompy hybrid.

Maybe out of the sideboard in a RB reanimator too, as a castable Plan B against a slower deck.

How do you get enough permanents to do anything with that in Legacy though?

Maybe at the top of black-red burn, where it isn't a fast combo but some inevitability. Fireblast is cool, but it seems...
