Mana confluence.
However, it still leaves tes vulnerable to wastelands. But it os a cool alternative, considering non agro metas
guess what he meant was: instead of playing the normal game, relying on casting artifact mana sources on "combo turn", you drop them ASAP, so you can just cantrip (bs, ponder, gitaxian probe) into ad...
Played the 3C TES. but got +2 thoughtseize main, -1 duress, +1 infernal tutor (SB) , -1 chain of vapors (SB)
trying to fit the IT on SB, though it hit my reanimator match...
Guess I am not...
that line was awesome. =D guess i'll try storming today. playing the 2/1 thoughtseize/duress split, and removing a chain of vapors for the IT sideboard.
o/
that`s very impressive. But I am wondering.. did you play the 3.5 or the 3 Color version?
i am willing to try the 3 color version. the manabase is very appealing... so I`ll play the 3c tomorrow...
hi. I am curious... Is this tnt deck the fetch tendrils? Or is it the ddft?
could you link me it s current thread or a current decklist, for sampling purposes?
thx a lot
I did 2 things:
when landlight, I name wasteland
also got to name scalding tarn against a UR delver deck, while having 3 lands on hand, when I had one of mine on hand, after fetching for the turn...
but I have been using the needles very often. in every game i casted it, it was very relevant. specially against delver tempo strategies.
and, eventhough it's not gonna be a lot of people, I know...
hello, everyone,
I've got a national qualifier competition on this weekend, and the meta here is D&T, BUG delver and burn (w/ eidolons) heavy.
How am I supposed to treat the burn matchup, now...
Yeah, i thought about it considering the count of lands only, but I wasn't considering IMSs in the deck. thats a great POV that I hadn't considered. Thanks a lot =)
I was already convinced that...
sorry, that comment was addressed to the meddling mage problem. He complained he couldn't win against a meddling mage naming tendrils. I just answered how he could play around it. (just edited the...
Well, did they have lethal on board? cause if they don't havet, you can still empty the warrens and attack them on the following turn.
Also, if you have enough storm, you could simply grapeshot...
that's too bad. I guess i'll still have to figure out how to battle reanimator =/
I still am not 100% sure about going back to 3 CMs (just because I am enjoying cabal ritual so much), but...
This seems like a double post, but it isn't.
I just got a sneak attack as a prize on a 8-man tournament =D
I used the old version w/ cabal ritual. (2 Chrome mox/2 cabal ritual, w/ tropical island...
Congrats on the great finishs! =D
BTW, since you got such great results, would you mind writing a report? I´ve been having a lot of trouble against BUG , miracles and reanimator, and you seemed to...
Hi again,
I've been storming around for 2 years, but I recently changed to the UWR delver to defeat a specific deck... (and by specific, i mean someone specific)
So, I have a lot of trouble...
that's an excellent point. i like being greedy about cabal ritual, but forgetting it's a (inefficient) +1 made me lose some games i played. some times, you just gotta warrens them and see that is it...
I see your point here. But i don't think we are moving to a different deck. It's just trying to adapt to the meta.
cause the fact is, there are 2 features that still make TES the deck we play:
-...
I c your point, but the main reason I loved the cabal ritual plan is the come back ad nauseam it enables. In several grindy matches i played, i was only made possible to return to the game via 2...
well, I don't mean to be rude, but it's all about personal choice. if you feel like you should give it a try, you can and then give a feedback.
it's what a forum is all about: exchanging ideas and...
well, it's written on the primer, but I'll state this again:
the general goal of the deck is to resolve a empty the warrens, making the deck much faster than ANT and DDFT. (with consistency,...
i know the best way is to go fast kill T2.
however, I've faced a lot T2 thalia through protection (discard, no thalia, draw thalia =/)
but the cabal rituals (after quite some time), helped me...
i really liked the new list, in a miracle heavy meta. (which, oddly enough, there are no miracles in my meta. lots mono blacks (pox/midrange))
considering my meta, the cabal rituals have been...
Hello, everybody,
I´ve been lurking around for quite some time and played the deck for about a year and a half. I had been thinking about moving for ant, but didn't want to buy my polluted deltas....
