Re: [DTW] Dreadstill - Enter the Fist

Landstill often plays one single Crucible with no way to find it as well. Running one-offs is by no means a bad idea, if that number provides it best at the times you need it. Crucible is only good...

Re: [DTW] Dreadstill - Enter the Fist

Having no way of finding a single card is by no means an argument not to run it. You don't run more because you don't have the room, but you can randomly find it, which is good, and you can board in...

Re: [DTW] Dreadstill - Enter the Fist

If you manage to spend your Stifles on Tendrils or EtW, you already won, in which case it doesn't matter if you have a dead card in hand. I can see why you don't want to leave 4 Dreadnought in, but...

Re: [DTW] Dreadstill - Enter the Fist

I don't understand why you just don't board out 3 Trinket Mage. What's it going to do? Find Explosives? Certainly not against ANT, and TES will only attempt an EtW turn 1 or maybe 2, in which case...

Re: [DTW] Dreadstill - Enter the Fist

Saving Stifle against both TES and ANT is far from as good as you might think. As both TES and ANT have the option of going for Ad Nauseam, the Stifle you keep will not be usefull at all in stopping...

Re: [DTW] Dreadstill - Enter the Fist

That's true, but I still don't think it would be worth the counter then. If they are forced to waste buisness spells on your clock, you're in a good position anyway.

    You can counter if your...

Re: [DTW] Dreadstill - Enter the Fist

Your goal in this matchup is to drop a Counterbalance. They can barely win after you've dropped one. Aside from that, Standstill is a very strong turn 2 drop as well. Always counter the Chant, even...

Re: [DTB] Dreadstill - Enter the Fist

Why do you guys play as few as 1-2 Needle? They seem really essential to fight Deed and EE. The last thing you want, is being 2-for-1'ed with a Deed or EE at 1 on your Dreadnought.

Re: [DTW] Dreadstill - Enter the Fist

Most list only play a single Trickbind, so I would take the Stifle. Dreadnought is dead without Stifle, but Stifle isn't dead without Dreadnought.
