About the list:
1. 3x Stalker AND 4x Cruise? That seems waay too much...

I think Vision Charm is especially nice to save your Nought from Abrupt Decay. It's about the only main deck card that does that. But I agree Trickbind is more widely useable.

That's a lot of grave hate in your board. Not meeting Dredge or Reanimator makes that part of the board rather weak. I'd recommend cutting one of two. An additional Spell Pierce or Red Elemental...
