Quite possibly but there's only one way of finding out for sure. I have used Spellskite in the sideboard to stop early hits and protect Dreadnought.

It looks like a close call. Surgical Extraction also flips your Delvers whereas Crypt doesn't,. On the other hand, Crypt is much better graveyard hate all around. In any case, i think Extraction...

It's no problem to play Dreadnought once you have played Kira, since you don't target Dreadnought with Stifle/Trickbind but the CIP ability.

To be fair, Firespout is not exclusive to 3c Dreadstill since green is rarely needed to sweep the board. Actually, there is no reason not tu run Firespout in 2c Dreadstill; most list ran Pyroclasm...
