It's more or less a Farseek (put into play tapped, get it next turn), gets you a Scry next upkeep, and then has Impulse on top of it. Definitely good when you look at it in those terms.

The bad Tech Edge is good for Nic Fit...which usually means not Legacy Playable.

Not completely terrible in Maverick, which can use the ETB effect and not unusual to get 4 creatures on the board. Cradle is used to get out Sigarda or do Equipment plays, but otherwise useless...

It's more likely to have the reserved list abolished and have Wizards print a Power 9 Arsenal box set than have any set printed that ignores the combat step.

It's a little irrelevant, but you would need a third creature to kill with Anafenze + Pirate. If you have the choice to end an infinite loop you must, so eventually you'd have to exile Anafenza...

The text is Oblivion Ring/Fiend Hunter but with "you may also cast that card yourself" tacked on. When it leaves the field, the exiled card returns to play.
