Strictly easier to cast Fiend Hunter who's also a Soldier. Looks like a nice addition to this deck's options.

Does this deck really want the new pseudo-Recruiter?
The creature suite is more focused on power than versatility. I don't know of any "toolbox" Soldiers worth getting a la Stingscourger/Settler...
