To me, I felt like Tinfins ran at it's best as a sort of Sneak Attack-esque deck that utilizes the GY over the actual enchantment- so a deck that wants to ship Griselbrand+Emrakul across the endzone....

Yep! That list is my baseline list that I tweak things from. To start off in a Probe-less world, this is where I'm at:

Unmask is good as maybe the 8th or 9th discard spell. Since we play a little bit more like a storm deck, exiling cards to pay the alternative cost can be a little steep.
