This idea is extremely loose, and reminds me more of old-school Nausea decks than it does a refined machine that is modern Storm.

I would consider starting to run the 5c lands. Consider swapping 1 Tundra and 1 Fetchland for 2 Gemstone Mine. This will help fix the mana base a little better to enable Silence lines of play.
