I played 4eak's list in Firenze this weekend :) (the straight forward one, 16 land, 4 waste, alot of folks, vial, force, daze and pierce)

R1: 1-2 against Affinity. Side: -4 FoW, -4 Daze, -4...

Went 3-1 in a local tournament today. Played 4eak's list with minor changes.

4 Wasteland
15 Island
2 Mutavault

4 Aether Vial

4 Daze
4 Force of Will

I got 6/9 in GP Madrid (one win short of day 2)

Won against Monowhite Stax x 2, Burn, Ant, Enchantress, UBW Fish.
Lost against Zoo x 2 (ofcourse...) and Enchantress (I should have countered some...

I'm set on my monolist for Madrid but I tested some black splash a couple of days ago.

Just some fetches and Underground Sea. Opens up for Perish (Nacatl, Pridemage, Goyf) (Hierarch, RWM, Goyf)...

Didn't actually think of the Zombietokens. But with 3 Relics (perhaps 2 of them main), 2 Propaganda, 3 Spell Pierce SB and alot of hate (Cursecatcher, Stifle, Counters)...

Kira was great. In the tournament I was happy everytime I got to use her. Helped alot against Jitte, stopped Swords, Bolts and cycling Gempalm Incinerator. She is g-r-e-a-t against Zoo, but I did not...

When you say pretty good results, what do you mean? MWS or tourney? Saying that dreadnought is an auto-win against zoo makes me think you don't have tested this enough... (Path, Swords, Pridemage,...

Yeah perhaps. I just thought it would help the Zoo/aggro matchup. This + Lord is able to deal with every creature except goyf. Along with swords it's nice. It's lifelink ability is also very nice...

If the new 1U 2/1 lifelink first strike merfolk is true I could see this as a potent deck for it:

How do we play against ANT? What are our best cards and what cards do we side out? What do we side in? Spell Pierce, any others?

EDIT: Do we usually win this match? Or is it a bad matchup?

I don't think Jitte is optimal against Zoo. (they just burn whatever creature you equip and it's a tempoloss)
