Yea, 14 Blue sources and 7 colorless has felt pretty solid. I dropped a Wasteland favoring 4 Mutavault. I have some hands that struggle to hit :u: :u:, but it works pretty well.

SB Chalice of the Void is good against UR Delver. Engineered Plague: Humans kills a bunch of their men (Snapcaster, Lavamancer, Delvers) too if you're up for splashing.
Phantasmal Image can offer more depth/versatility than +1/+1 and redundant psuedo-evasion. One should run Master of the Pearl Trident, it's a 4 of. I personally think Lord of Atlantis is worth 4...
I could see running a creature stealing effect in Submerges place I suppose, since they serve a similar function of helping against agro, or huge guys. That might be the right call.
