    Re: [Deck] Merfolk

In any case, why to play Flusterstorm when the cases where it shines the most are against cards already blocked by Chalice? Flusterstorm gets its best against Canadian Threshold and Storm, where...

    Re: [Deck] Merfolk

How well are you setting up TMs with, at maximum of what the deck's design offers, 4 Brainstorms? Also, Merfolk hates multiple dead cards in opening hand. It already tends to collect chaff during the...

    Re: [Deck] Merfolk

Why not to play another deck? Temporal Mastery is another further nail in the coffin for Merfolk, which won't ever be able to exploit it reliably unless it begins to run Brainstorm and Tops-...

This list is really interesting, and I've tested it with some games on MWS. Lavamancer is phenomenal, he can both increase the denial shooting to birds or hierarchs, increase the race in an...

I played Merfolk but I switched to ANT after the rise of the first.
I can say that you're really overrating Merfolk against combo, because when I face Merfolk with ANT I'm always happy. Only 4 Force...

    Re: [DTW] Merfolk

Relic of Progenitus and Tarmogoyf don't work really well together, i guess. And i guess that you wouldn't board out Tarmogoyfs and board in Relics that easily, since Tarmogoyfs are *sigh* strong....

    Re: [DTW] Merfolk

You guys should really follow Nightmare's advice, the build with 12 lords is utterly ridicolous. I had a huge convinction that Wake Thrasher was set in stone for this deck, but after having tried...

    Re: [DTW] Merfolk

The fact,Maveric,is that with Consign to Dream this deck would have way too many 3ccs. Reejerey, Thrasher, (Clique or Threads for someone), and now Consign to Dream. It would become really overburden...

Spellstutter Sprite? Definitely better against aggro-control, you wanted to mean. Try to stay with 2 mana open to counter a cc1 and get a 1/1 flying body.Wow. Your opponent will already have dropped...

    Re: [DTW] Merfolk

With a normal list of Merfolks, can you counter an enchantment with a Cursecatcher?
And spell snare is so-and-so in Merfolks, imo.
7 because he arguably plays 3 dazes instead of 4.

    Re: [DTW] Merfolk

I was wondering one thing about the new lord. Ok, she's weaker than Reejerey and Lord, and i think we all agree on this; but, after all, she's another pumping effect, which may give us incredibly...

After quick thoughts, if you ask to me, i think that if we want to play the new lord , first of all it'll be in 2x, because it's damnly subpar to to the ol', better lords.

    Re: [DTW] Merfolk

The Goblin MU is very, very hard. I think it's like 30-70 for them. The only way to beat them is to counter/kill Lackey and Vial , and try at any cost to stop Piledriver, 'cause he'll be a huge pain...
