There's no way to convert that deck to Legacy, every deck in Vintage has a shell, similar in all decks, and something that defines the deck. All non-stack shells contain Blue, that's why 8 REB are...

And it also helps a lot vs Thresh builds with lots of non-basics, like 4c or even 3, sometimes (specially if they pack Wastelands)

I don't think remand is better than Reppeal
first of all, reppeal gives us a 1CC blue card for Shoal
Repeal can also return a thing in play to hand, what in most cases is better than not letting...

I played in a 51 people tournament last weekend, and I won 4 out of 6 games (1 point to top8), and the main problem I had was the bad topdecking, drawing 4 lands + Land Grant + Petal/LED or similar 2...

I'm still working on finding someone who borrows me some of the deck's cards...

I tested some matches against Thresh
it seems we should use some more REB/Pyroblast SB
