At this point, I think you have to name bolt. It makes them having to flip Delver this turn or die. If they don't, they are a turn too short.

I don't play this deck, but I assume it's because MUD is VERY narrow, and reaching 3 mana vs. mud is already pretty damn hard? :)
I'm QUITE sure if BUG deludes their game plan to involve stuff like Deluge, Charm as well as Plague you (as a storm player) are pretty happy.
