    Re: Escape Brain Freeze

    Fae of Wishes and just run 1 of each in the sb? dunno if that's better or not. you can at least play it as a guy if you need to and use it from the graveyard later on. it also allows you to cast...

    Re: Escape Brain Freeze

    i was wondering if it makes sense to also try out hedron crab.

    turn 1 crab, turn 2 fetch and cast underworld breach. you start with at least 7 cards in the graveyard there. if you're playing...

    Re: Escape Brain Freeze

    have another idea. this fits under the glass cannon builds, but it's a lot of fun. summoner's pact + street wraith + manamorphose + land grant is a way to generate more graveyard count. belcher is...

    Re: Escape Brain Freeze

    hall is a really good idea, it allows for brain freeze to be a true slow tutor along with enlightened tutor.

    Re: Escape Brain Freeze

    i think it's pretty hard to rely on finding a breach with only 4 brainstorm and 4 breach, gamble isn't really reliable.

    Re: Escape Brain Freeze

    Why not just run something like a surgical in the maindeck? It can be cast multiple times from graveyard and acts as maindeck grave hate. It just doesn't stop Progenitus but that should be okay game...

    Re: Escape Brain Freeze

    Because you're in white already, might it make sense to run an idyllic tutor? With an LED in hand it functions like an infernal tutor, but you can just cast it on turn 2 or turn 3. It also might...

    Re: Escape Brain Freeze

    If you have enough cards in graveyard you can cast the pact from the graveyard by exiling 3.

    Re: Escape Brain Freeze

    yea i thought about this a bunch. i'm wondering if it makes sense to run a singleton in ANT and also testing it in Ruby Storm. (I posted in the Ruby Thread)

    in ANT it could be interesting as it...

    Re: Escape Brain Freeze

    It might make sense to put this into that echo storm deck, or some kind of hybrid version.

    Re: Escape Brain Freeze

    i think the combo was already pretty intuitive, i'd prefer to keep deck names as informative as possible and not focus on who has credit. (there's also a lot of chatter on some of the discords +...

    Re: Escape Brain Freeze

    careful study might be better in this deck than ponder, since it can fuel additional draws much easier. the logic here is that it is a 3 card combo, but 2 of the 3 cards can start out in your...

    Re: Escape Brain Freeze

    might make sense to run a gamble or two to find the brain freeze.

    here's another approach:

    // 8 Artifact
    4 Lion's Eye Diamond
    4 Lotus Petal

    // 4 Enchantment
    4 Underworld Breach

    Re: Escape Brain Freeze

    i was also thinking that breakthrough is effectively repeatable for U, and burning inquiry can fit into more a mono red build.

    something like turn 1:

    mountain + rof + rof + looting -> i think...

    Re: Escape Brain Freeze

    that's really clever with the e-tutor and infernal stuff. i am not sure game 1 you need any kind of other win condition besides brain freeze. (just target them with the last one, they only don't die...

    Escape Brain Freeze

    Wanted to start a thread here as I think this deck has enough to be decent after a few iterations.

    Underworld Breach: 1R

    Each nonland card in your graveyard has escape. Escape cost is equal to...
