So basically Dragon fodder but as a creature instead of a sorcery
I just did my first test match with 2 chainwhirlers and 2 Squees. It was a mirror match and more for fun than competative. However, at some point I slammed down a krenko and activated it, planning to...
Has anyone tested running 2-3 of him? I know he's probly terrible vs combo, but against goyf decks, you have an infinite blocker, plus again, makes kinesis a better maindeck card as it can possibly...
Maybe this has been answered, but does the new Squee interact with pyrokinesis and chrome mox like I think it does? Can i exile Squee to either one of them and then simply cast it from exile?
Since you're on the black spash solidly, have you or anyone looked into Murderous Redcap? It can be removal upon casting but hasn't even seen consideration. Am I missing something? It is overcosted,...
Good to see Instigator doing some heavy lifting, I think I'll be grabbing some soon along with Moxes. I'm just gonna throw this out there, but what about Frenzied Goblin? I haven't gotten to test him...
How good is Settler? I've seen him popping up in more and more lists here. Is it becoming something that will be a mainstay of the deck if even as a 1-of?
Definitely, which is another reason that Caverns is so good. I haven't played any Stoneforge decks lately and not since TNN came out so I'm still wondering if Tuk tuk can hit an early Jitte or BS...
For those who are encouraging the black splash, how has Tuk Tuk Scrapper been as a 2-of? Have you been able to get him when you wanted despite his 4 cost? The black splash looks really strong in...
It looks like his list has TSH as the replacement for MWM. It is an interesting idea since that should make TNN much less potent. Now sure about 3 of them though.
When facing Sneak and Show, how bad is it to side in extra Stingscourgers instead of Ashen Riders or Confusions? They seem to do similiar things and can be tutored and vialed in.
What matchup does Purphoros shine in that we don't already do well in. Perhaps he can push through instant damage wins, but is he something we need that we can't already do?
Nice play on all of those games. It was cool to see chieftain being one of the key cards especially in ur last game vs burn. Good play taking down DnT too since I have found that to be a rough MU. ...
The thing I love about this thread and I supposed this deck is that when things look bad...when the pro's drop it, you all are just like "meh" and then adapt. It seems that Winstigator lists with...
Shoot, that makes the card so much better, wow. Didn't realize that. I think that warrants dropping G spash entirely unless ppl like Tin-street hooligan.
Against Countertop, doesn't Wear//Tear lose to CB with the Top on top? Or does the split card thing make it harder to counter.
How much worth is playing some number of Chrome Moxes is you're not playing Warren Instigator? I'm thinking of buying some, so I'm wondering if they work also in classic builds. It definitely helps...
@Gobolord. Has the extra aggression of your Winstigator build helped pressure Storm opponants to combo off before they are ready? Also, as much as people are seeming to like 3 or fewer Piledrivers...
If Merfolk plays it and does better, it could be good for us since we have a good MU verse them. Also, how does pro-player work with cards like gempalm or stings which we dont cast. Isnt stings at...
Probably, though I still wonder if E. Plague might be better than charm. Plague and Charm both make tribal decks cry, but if you'd dropped plague instead of charm, well gg. Btw, whoever that...
Hey, so I'm just someone who saw this deck play and thought it looked really interesting. Cool to play with pod in legacy along with all the efficient creatures it allows...one question though, I...
If a number of people are dropping G and playing Wear//Tear, could it be a good idea to play RWB goblins to play perish. It seems that with the exception of Death n Taxes and Fish, the main...
Delver is so gross...ever time I see it, I want to run Tarfires again...looking at his list, he went with the traditional list, 4 PD's and all. Some of that seems subpar, yet we keep seeing decks do...
Seeing him beat RUG Delver made watching the tournament worth it...I was getting distracted until suddenly...Goblins.
Along with Tin-street many times goes Krosan Grip, but I've noticed some people moving to Wear//Tear. Have you missed the split second? Against Counterbalance or Moat, won't the W part be super...
