There is no "best deck built around Brainstorm" in the same way TC was (UR Delver, Jeskai Ascendancy in Modern). Brainstorm doesn't actually constrict metagame variety, it in fact makes otherwise...

Legacy is still not as degenerate as Vintage where maindeck hate is a must but it's coming close lately. You MUST have some sort of roadblock to fast cantrips into DTT in order to compete, or run...

One might find it hard to avoid having crap draws when you don't run 12 cantrips with 10 fetchlands. As soon as it happens like twice out of 18 rounds (counting playoffs) you're out of a GP. Odds for...
