Yeah, I think Zoo or something similar could be fine if they had access to a solid 60 card main. Then, just play a 15 card anti-combo sideboard and you'll probably do okay. I mean, it works for Lands...

Goblins is definitely on the aggro spectrum, but it's more of a control deck than aggro. It's difficult to explain this without playing it yourself.
