For all I know the new BUG Death's Shadow deck is more Team America than BUG Shardless deck. At least it's a tempo deck like the actual Team America from last year.
In the limited testing I've done I saw that the Shardless agent version have the ability to just overpower sometimes. I don't know how exactly to describe the games but that's really what happens. I...
This deck doesn't seem to make much use of Jace. You already have enough card advantage so the brainstorm ability isn't that great and there can be better options as a finisher than his fateseal. If...
I played against the BUG Shardless Agent yesterday with RUG. When he led with an Ancestral Vision I didn't think much of it but I didn't have good clock. So after turn 4 when he started landing Goyf...

This.
Prior to MM ban some BUG Deedstill lists already started replacing the Standstills with Ancestral Visions, his list is like a rehash of some of the ideas BUG Deedstill players tried out...
When BUG gets a good start the game becomes favorable but when UW gets a smooth hand and is able to race out a SoFaF card disadvantage starts building up pretty fast.
Very good primer catmind. Team America thread was full of BUG control discussion, this should serve well to make the distinction clearer.
I'm trying to convince myself to stick to playing BUG...
