I get a lot of flak in both this thread and the Deadguy thread because my list is basically a mix of the two so both threads have problems with them. But I love my list.

I cannot imagine running my deck without Black. Besides Dark Confidant, you get Thoughtseize and Tidehollow Sculler and Engineered Plague in the board. I have never had an issue with the mana base...

I really like this. I'm going to give this a try. It seems to combine the best of Deadguy and DnT.

This is what I'm playing now and it is amazing. It's more like the Deadguy deck + Tarmogoyf than DnT + Black though. No Vindicate, but Scullers, Bob and Thoughtseize.

If you want to kill Affinity, just run Kataki. I'm not having as many issues with Affinity though. It's pretty strong, but Jitte wrecks them. Even deals with Etched Champion.
