Another good thing about grunt is that when your opponent kills your jitte/batterskull,... whatever, you can just put them back in your deck and search for them again with stoneforge.

Honnestly I would just totally revise the deck.

I mean without the combat tricks with damage on the stack, the all the tricks we have are:
vial @3 + flickerwhisp for shinanigans, and sometimes...

I would prefer mirri's guile over it since it's another good turn 1 drop. (and the deck's pretty packed with 2mana cards allready...)
