Landstill tuned to beat aggro could be good. I don't know if it would fit into your budget though. ANT is another possibility. You will beat every aggro deck, but lose quite a lot to the CB Thresh.

Goblins should be decent. Landstill is worth considering too. With a good board it can beat both Merfolk and Zoo. DDFT wouldn't be too bad either, if adjusted to be able to beat CB.
