    Re: [Primer] Nic Fit

I am sorry if I sounded overly harsh. You should definitely try to make it work!

SneakFit is able to cast its creatures (well, not Emrakul). In fact, the deck works fine without and very good with...

    Re: [Primer] Nic Fit

    Way to go after Top-ban(?):
With the threat of Terminus diminished, a strategy to build a board aggressively can be generally accepted.
For NicFit this also includes Dryad Arbor.

    Re: [Primer] Nic Fit

There are 2 Reanimator variants out there with a very dedicated gameplan, winning with said creatures.
I honestly don't think, a dedicated reanimator NicFit variant could do better than them.

    Re: [Primer] Nic Fit

Put some thoughts into reworking the Scapeshift list. I found the P-Fire engine to be too greedy and I wanted to include former staple Stormbreath Dragon as an alternative win condition.

    Re: [Primer] Nic Fit

If your goal is to grind out value with Scapeshift, also take Lotus Cobra into consideration. A card that doesn't fit too badly into the general game plan and that lets you cast a follow-up to that...

    Re: [Primer] Nic Fit

At that point you are playing an overcosted Crop Rotation. Building the Crop Rotation Version of the deck and slipping in a DD combo would be more feasible in my opinion.

    Re: [Primer] Nic Fit

Finally someone returning to Scapeshift :). The problems are mostly the same as a few months ago I think. But it is a viable deck.

About some of your card choices:

    I miss some kind of...

    Re: [Primer] Nic Fit

Bloodghast maybe. Vengeful Pharaoh is another option (Delvers hate attacking him).

Edit: Well I thought about it. Bloodghast is useless and Pharaoh is just cute. :) sorry for not being helpful.

    Re: [Primer] Nic Fit

Hey. I played DNSolver's list in yesterdays fnm. Went 2-2 with

    R1: D&T 0-2
Abysmal starting hands followed by abysmal mulligan hands (wrong/no lands). Went down to 4 twice without stuff to do. ...

    Re: [Primer] Nic Fit

Talking about the rampaging BR reanimator - they are pretty light on countermagic (although they do have some disruption). The opportunity costs to suddenly be able to deal with such decks is still...

This. A way to interact with this stuff - early. I really see potential, but I have to test it.

Do you mind sharing your latest list? I guess you dropped a few Abrupt Decay in favor of Hymn?

Yeah ;) thanks for pointing to reality. Of course this is just one thing that could happen - and with the addition of Crop Rotation, @DNSolver pointed out that getting to sac your Explorer to the...

Swords to Plowshares (33%) - yes
    Lightning Bolt (14%) - yes
    Fatal Push (TBD) - no

    Re: [Primer] Nic Fit

I like you list. Decided to give it a try soon. Since I don't have those Sphere of Resistance lying around I will replace them with Thorn of Amethyst. I don't expect many elves, so I guess this is...
