I think I "broke even" on two boxes, lost horribly on another and haven't decided whether I should open the fourth. I paid msrp and opened worse than anyone else I know who got boxes for mspr or less.

4 flagstones for 4 plains? I would think you have too few plains for 4 flagstones to be worthwhile. I personally run 3 flagstones 5 plains.
