IMO most do not run it because it is not tempo oriented as well as it being harder to protect in maverick then some other decks.

My opinion is that ramping up to three mana with GSZ-->Dryad arbor is great and is worth it. It makes GSZ mana or threat, which increases the consistency of the deck.
