Yeah ofcourse, you're right. (although this would still only lock out 40% of their enablers (given a list with 4 Show and Tell, 4 Sneak Attack and maybe 2 Through the Breach) so the point can still...

Yeah ofcourse, you're right. (although this would still only lock out 40% of their enablers (given a list with 4 Show and Tell, 4 Sneak Attack and maybe 2 Through the Breach) so the point can still...
To be honest, playing Omniscience in Sneak Show is pretty rare so most of the time Priest will be way better than Mage.
Secondly, even if you would have had Mage in this particular scenerio there...
It was slightly more interesting to play/play against, however, make no mistake about it, most games were still: Show and Tell -> Dream Halls -> conflux -> 'win' or Dream Halls -> conflux -> 'win' or...
Thanks CutthroatCasual. A quick ETA racing should indeed be a good solution game 1, I just didn't see those in my testing games against Punish Blue. Which isn't all that surprising seeing I only play...
So far I in my testings tonight I went 2-0 against dredge, 2-1 against shardless BUG and 2-0 against D&T.
Punishing Fires were obviously awsome in those matchups. I've played the abovementioned list...
Nice results!
Yeah, I will have to see how many STP's are necessary. I'll keep you up to speed on the findings.
That looks like a cool list Cloudio. The only worry I have is that punishing fire is a bit slower and more mana intensive compared to STP and you will have more trouble against knights and goyfs. On...
Quick question: how would you guys board against Punishing Blue?
I've also found this particular matchup to be quite a challenge and wondered what the key is to swing this matchups in your favor....
Most people play bayou over the 9th fetch to combat wasteland stripping you of your only green source. It just sucks having to sacrifice petals to get something like carpet of flowers into play...
Best card against MUD is probably rebuild. If your meta is about 1/3 MUD I would def consider playing a couple. Other than that, play out your artifact mana to avoid getting blown out by taxing...
Yeah, the split second clause actually makes it a decent fit. Think I will give it a shot
@Defense Grid: I used to play 3 Defense Grids during the mental misstep area (mostly because they didn't cost 1 ) and it was definitely fine. They basicaly can't do anything in their own turn...
Dark Confidant is decent against miracles and the mirror. But that's about it.
Imo it doesn't change the mirror enough to justify 3 sideboard slots. An important percentage of games in the mirror...
True. Etw is a possible replacement for the maindeck Ad Nauseam in that way. But it decreases way faster in value compared to Ad Nauseam and is more vulnerable to hate cards (I really dont like cards...
The problem with cutting Ad Nauseam from the maindeck is that it decreases the number of quick wins the deck is able to make (f.i. infernal, 2x LED hands or petal, LED, ritual, infernal hands)....
Here you go.

Apparently so, but what did you expect?
True. He seems to be at 1-1 atm..
To bad scg decided not to cover it :frown:
On the plus side, UR should be a very much doable matchup.
QFT!
Also: Go ANT!
It's defenitely a greedy/bad keep against a deck with a lot of softcouners. Such a shame :frown:
Thus illustrating how many people post a comment without actually reading the other comments.
On another subject: great article Carsten, love reading the storm material.
First of all, that's unfortunate about the tournament. But it happens sometimes. The mistake you made is one I've also made in the past (and on a feature table in a GP on top of that.. :( ), the only...
You're right there. I guess it would have made a nice addition to GW hatebears if it would have been printed in a normal set.
Why? It doesn't do anything against twin..
