I don't think you will ever want Forest and Swamp in your Delver/Daze opening hand. The hymn list mana is already clunky and I think this might break it.

How about just running 19 lands? Are you a heavy 3 cmc list? If not you could probably get away with the manabase minus the 1 Sea which could actually be optimal.
