Yes of course, I agree. Contamination is no way equivalent to Blood Moon. I was merely just thinking of a lock piece you could play in mono black... especially since this deck has lots of token...

I think 4 contamination is necessary.

As the previous poster mentioned you need a clock, mana and threat.

This is the reason why mono red stompy is the most consistent as it has 16 fast mana...
