Legal advice is expensive while market...
@nevilshute - Thanks again. I appreciate you taking the time to respond, as these are the types of concerns I want to understand.
To answer your other questions:
- The fund would be set-up in a...
@nevilshute - Thanks very much for the feedback, very helpful. On the survey, that was never the intention but I can understand your concern. With your other concerns, is there any way you would...
Hello fellow Source’s
I’d like to get your feedback on potentially setting up a community club to help players, like yourselves, should something happen to your cards. Basically the club would act...
They can also have another Omni (or Dream Halls) which they should play first and prevent the K Grip plan working. If you are siding in 2 bounce spells for leyline, I would go one of each (Chain +...
Just a minor point on the Release the Ants kill. I think you can do this without eating up mainboard slots.
Cunning Wish -> FF -> Wish + Split Decision + Brainstorm -> Double up Wish -> Get...
Clearly showing up my lack of ability to build piles right there... well I'm definitely in the no Edge camp now.
In my experience the best use of Edge is when you have SDT in play and Doomsday plus Wish in hand. This allows you to set up a double cantrip pile for BBB + 1R only.
This comes up more often when...
I don't have that too much experience with ANT. But do we need to do anything? This seems like a positive to me, with fewer hymns flying around.
I played 3 U/R delver decks in row last outing and...
Interesting. I'll have to pick up DDFT again and give TC a try.
How has testing against U/R burn and Miracles been? These both appear to be quite difficult match-ups.
I'm fairly convinced this is rubbish and I definitely wouldn't play it main.
If I'm trying to be positive, it could possibly be useful against hymn decks and miracles as a sideboard...
FF does two things, 1) it allows you to beat an ETB trigger with only cunning wish as a kill card, and 2) allows an easier Dream Halls / Cunning Wish kill by requiring fewer blue cards. By not...
I agree, the elves one doesn't really count, any cantrip/intuition/wish etc would have won.
On BUG I also agree with you, I usually board in leylines and not grids. This version didn't play hymns...
Played in two 4 round, 10-12 player tournaments over the past two weeks with 1 Jace in the deck. Here is what happened when I drew him.
vs Elves: Had Jace in hand when I cast SnT to put Omni in...
One minor point on the number of Jace. Infinite Emrakul is undeniably good but with 1 Jace you get 4 Emrakul swings in a row (just cast ETI 3 more times with a zero card library to put one card...
Against DnT I don't tend to lose to specific cards, it's really a combination of a several "soft lock" pieces. The more regular losses come from Thalia + Port and then a flickerwisp keeping you off...
On the Trickbind sideboard slot... assuming you aren't playing Firemind's Foresight then to beat an ORing effect you need both ETI and Cunning Wish in hand. Either Quicken or Trickbind will do...
How has the no FoW package been working out for you?
It seems like it changes the approach to be more aggressive, is that your preffered style? I feel more exposed without them because I can't...
Against decks with Thalia / Canonist I always try to Show and Tell early enough so you can take at least a turn of damage. This allows you to cunning wish for a solution for canonist, or have enough...
I've been playing this deck for 3 - 4 months now, including doing badly at the latest BoM. But here are a few thoughts...
Release the Ants vs Research/Maniac
The choice of kill card/s doesn't...
