I thought so too, but read the text, you have to cast them first before you can cipher.

Maybe add Dream Salvage to draw your deck and/or to make sure you have enough mana to cast Reforge the Soul without miracle and continue doing that until enough for the vortex.

I once had some interesting rogue deck which utilizes Library of Leng to fix the random discard issue with burning inquiry etc.
f.e, imagine putting your discarded miracles back on top, erratic...

I Love this deck, especially the UW build (e.tutor and silver bullets).
I don't play Torpor Orb yet, but it seems it has a lot of potential lately.

LOL, suddenly Thought Lash is sold out everywhere.

Have to say, current testing with this and Laboratory Maniac proved to be very good.

I count three cards and you still need to draw 1 to win.

I can't remember that with this deck a few years back (no missteps).
