I personelly don’t care about colors in magic but I agree that decks that are blue in conjunction with other colors generelly are good and dont need a boost.

Combo decks are not really performaning well. I dont see any problem introdcing more combo enablers.

As with all tutors they are just as strong as their targets. I also think Tinker is fine in legacy. Time for unbans IMO.

That's a good question. Survival should be supersafe. As weak as combo is right now i think frantic should be safe too.

I totally agree. What I love about legacy is the battle between popular stategies and strategies praying on popular strategies. As long as the anti-cards exist no strategy can be too dominant....

You are correct, I was not on point. I mean, yes they were not an issue cause fair decks packed actual hate. Now you can play less narrow cards to complimfnt the DRS in fighting graveyard strategies....
