Sure. My last was UBW so I'm starting there but if enough decks are running Dismember that were previously hosed by Peacekeeper then I'll probably drop white.

I never took CB out of my list. I mean, you don't need to counter many spells just the plows/bolt on your Noughts/Confidants. That will win you the game. Nothing flashy just grind them out.

HRecall and EFlux aren't as good against MUD due to Metalworker. Null Rod, as mentioned previously, is really good. I'd go with that. Other hate cards could be better depending on what you splash...
