Re: [Deck] Dreadstill - Enter the Fist

Agree with what Van Phanel says.

Re dredge: The times I'v played against dredge with dreadstill I have never encountered any problem, and most of the time I just win on the back of naught, EE and...

foolofatok: What you say is that Hexmage has some uses sometimes. (in the same way i say that nought has some uses some times) but they are bouth bad without the other part of the combo.

    I think...

Re: [Deck] Dreadstill - Enter the Fist

    Do people play dark depths?

    Lol.

Anyway, you have stifle in maindeck to stifle their hexmage activation, or counter for their hexmage when they play it.

In my view Hexmage/depths is just a...

Re: [Deck] Dreadstill - Enter the Fist

My point to. I only said that it might be defended if you have an explanation that comes down to mana draws and mana curves. (read an article who made sence on scg.com)

FoW at your starting 7 is a...

Re: [Deck] Dreadstill - Enter the Fist

It makes the probability to draw what you need lower. Mox Diamond must be one of the worst top decks this deck can have when you need a counterbalance for your top, a stifle for your nought, a...

Re: [Deck] Dreadstill - Enter the Fist

Mox Diamond can speed up your gameplan. (turn 1 nought is good) but if you can't cut anything in order to put it into your deck, you drasticly lower your chances of having an early nought.

    Playing...

Re: [Deck] Dreadstill - Enter the Fist

Sharp logic. Guess you play mono-u?

I tend to agree with you when it comes to thoughtsize in these kinds of decks. (much rather going for the mana-denial strategy) but could you back up your...

Re: [Deck] Dreadstill - Enter the Fist

ofc it has changed. This is a game about change. But many of the decks in your meta that you wanted opinion on is talked about in the primer.

I think that Dreadstill or some version of this deck...

Most of the decks you mention are adresed in the intropost of this thread. there you find a MU-analysis, that we give you the possibility to compare your meta with the expected results.

Re: [Deck] Dreadstill - Enter the Fist

played a tournament with my UBg Nought yesterday.

1's round - Eva Green / The Rock.

Some mix of the two, atleast if we look at what cards he played, and what he said about the deck. I lost,...

Re: [Deck] Dreadstill - Enter the Fist

I have been working on a Ugb Noughtlist, and been following this thread for a while.

Most people seems to play Ugr or something similar. Is that thanks to the fact that it has been proven the...
