Quinn has been mentioned, various versions of The Rock and Landstill also run Top. The problem with Top is not that it itself is extremely overpowerd: it's very good, but not overpowered like LED....

@Karl: Top pops up in alot of decks. It's also good in Landstill, it's also good in The Rock. It's just very good. If you run Fetches, there's a big chance Top is good for your deck.
