Pre-Titan, the card Cloudpost is fairly marginal. The deck was actually 100% a Titan deck, basically just Valakut. Without Vesuva, it still does mostly the same thing.

Realistically, Preordain sees the same number of cards as Brainstorm and it is still amazing, so the number isn't the issue. UR Combo decks can run a ton of shuffle...
