I think you mean: every deck THAT HAS USE AND SPACE FOR IT, would play it. Just look at what Mental Misstep did: that was a card that was seeing play in almost every deck just because it was useful...

It would be awesome if they decided that Earthcraft would be safe to come off the banlist. I don't think it is that broken anymore (Grip, decay, CB,...) but I guess we can still keep dreaming :)
