I keep getting bounced between T2 RB Reanimator and T2 Hogaak; been lots of fun (not)

No I know, I'm just an old man and sometimes I have to yell at clouds.
This card upsets me because I never remember what Menace does, but sure give rules text to Evolve. Not like it's the mechanic that's over two years older or anything. Nah.
Yeah sure, just wait 25 years. It's coming.
This set is absurd.
There is a lot of value in this set that can pour over into future standard core sets as well. City of Brass was a core set all-star for a few years, I could see Prismatic Vista serving a similar...
Red one should just give an Instant or Sorcery flashback until end of turn. Kind of like putting it on top of your library, but less broken.
Ruination Rioter seems really dangerous. I don't know exactly how many lands Loam has floating in their graveyard late in the match, but I'd estimate more than I would want to take in damage to the...
Return to Nature from WAR
My mind went to Candelabra and it's Magus version as well.
Always thought a GSZ for Magus of the Candelabra with 12-post & Primeval Titan would be fun.
Changelings brah, 'sall good
Modern players getting upset over this set is just icing on what is an exciting set. Lots of cards to make lots of decks with.
Fur on the outside and darkness within
Surprised that Umezawa's Charm didn't get a last minute update to push it and make it say "Choose two. You may choose the same mode more than once."
Then it would be consistent both in flavor and...
Aminatou can't target herself, so only two.
You know, when Morophon, the Boundless was spoiled, the scrub in me thought "this would be really good in a Sliver deck"
Now we see The First Sliver, and the scrub in me is strong.
New mom can't target herself, but isn't Legendary. Hopefully nobody will play multiples.
It strikes me as a unexpectedly strong pivot from rewarding you for playing on your opponent's turn with alternate casting to pretty much exclusively playing on your opponent's turn.
There are lots...
It still surprises me that a damage cannot be prevented sweeper hasn't been printed yet. Again, if it was pitchable, even better.
In white I'd like to see some sort of Angel's Grace effect. Or just an instant speed Timely Reinforcements would be epic, pitchable would just be extra.
That is what I am saying, yes.
I am suspect that they would want to introduce a pseudo-restricted list into a format as widely played as Modern to just increase the numbers of "oopsies 2-ofs" at...
It's not any harder to enforce, but it would just be one more enforcement. Using Relentless Rats as an example of them messing with deck construction in the past is just a false equivalency.
It's a whole lot easier to enforce Relentless Rats than the opposite though.
No Didgeridoo spoiler, Modern remains a worthless format
I might be misremembering, but I thought they didn't have a flying fuck what they were doing and just making it up as they went along.
Their press releases are so vague not for our hyperactive...
So this is Modern Meta Shakeup: the Set?
First I'm hearing of it, seems like a big deal though
I need to pay more attention
Wait so this is a supplemental set that is Modern legal?
Or is this the next set and I missed the Planeswalker War set.
